We pride ourselves on coming up with new food creations.  When making omelets the other day, Matty grabbed a nearby taco shell and thus the tomelet was born.  Or the omeleco.  Okay, so we don't have the name sorted yet.  It was still delicious.

Next up?  Sausage-stuffed potatoes.
